Guests must weight between 70-230 lbs. Gusts must have long hair tied behind their back, approriate shoes (Closed toe) and clothing (Remove extra layer, such as long coats, scarves or jewelry). Guests must use the restroom before starting the tour, empty pockets of phones, keys, wallets, etc. Must not have nany chewing gum or seeds in their mouth.
Guests must not be pregnant, under the influence of drugs or alcohol, and have no medical issues (Heart condition, allregies, recent injuries, surgeries, back or neck problems).
Weather and other factors: Please note, there are a variety of factors outside of our control, including weather and the many weather associated elements (wind, lightning, etc), electricity, and other natural occurrences. These factors can/may impact associated reservations and will likely lead to re-scheduling. No refunds.
Check-in time: Check-in is required 20 minutes prior to scheduled reservation at the Mountain Learning Center building. Failure to check-in prior to the scheduled reservation start time can result in cancellation and to the best of our ability, we will try and re-schedule, but is not guaranteed and is subject to availability. Reservations are not refundable.
